VEMIO™ is a network intelligence platform operated by Vinay Enterprises, a registered business based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. When this policy refers to "VEMIO," "we," "us," or "our," it means Vinay Enterprises as the entity responsible for processing your information.
Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Account information: When you sign up or are invited to VEMIO, we collect your name, email address, and organizational affiliation. If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO), we receive basic profile information from your identity provider.
Contact form submissions: When you submit a form on vemio.io, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any message you provide. This data is delivered to us via email.
Network telemetry: VEMIO collects device health metrics, alert data, topology information, and configuration metadata from your monitoring infrastructure. This data belongs to your organization and is processed solely to deliver the VEMIO service.
Usage data: We collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, session duration, and browser type. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
Communication data: Emails sent through the platform (alerts, reports, invitations) are processed through our email delivery provider. We retain delivery metadata but do not access email content beyond what is necessary for service delivery.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the VEMIO platform
- Send alert notifications, reports, and service communications
- Respond to your enquiries and support requests
- Calculate Business Continuity Scores and generate reports
- Ensure platform security and prevent abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your network telemetry data for any purpose other than delivering the VEMIO service to your organization.
Data Isolation & Multi-Tenancy
VEMIO is a multi-tenant platform. Each client organization's data is logically isolated at the database level. No client can access, view, or query another client's data. MSP administrators can view aggregate data across their managed clients only where explicitly authorized.
White-label branding ensures that client-facing communications carry the MSP's identity, not VEMIO's, unless the MSP chooses otherwise.
Data Retention
- Network metrics: Full-resolution data is retained for 7 days. Hourly rollups are retained for 90 days.
- Alerts and tickets: Retained for the duration of the service agreement.
- Reports: Generated reports are retained for 12 months.
- Account data: Retained for the duration of the service agreement and deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request.
- Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 24 months.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate the platform, including providers for frontend hosting, transactional email delivery, and contact form processing on our marketing site.
Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We select providers that meet industry-standard security and privacy requirements. We do not share your data with any third party for advertising, analytics, or marketing purposes.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, database-level tenant isolation, and regular security reviews. Vinay Enterprises is ISO 9001:2015 certified and operates under documented information security procedures.

The VEMIO marketing site (vemio.io) uses only essential cookies required for the website to function. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
