Our Story
Vinay Enterprises was founded in Ahmedabad in 1993 as an IT infrastructure company. For three decades, we have been responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise networks across India, working with manufacturing companies, financial services firms, and healthcare organizations.
In 2005, we achieved ISO 9001 certification, formalizing the quality management processes that have governed our operations ever since. Over the following years, we expanded from project-based deployments into full managed services, taking ongoing responsibility for the networks we had built.
By 2024, our NOC was managing over 1,900 devices across multiple enterprise clients. The operational complexity had outgrown the tools available on the market. Every existing platform required juggling five tabs to handle a single incident. Reports took hours to assemble. Change governance was a spreadsheet.
In 2025, we started building the platform we always needed. VEMIO unified monitoring, alerting, ticketing, change governance, root cause tracking, compliance reporting, and Business Continuity Scoring into one system. Every feature was built from a real operational need we encountered in our own NOC.
Today, VEMIO powers every managed service we deliver. Our clients do not buy VEMIO. They buy managed network services from Vinay Enterprises, with VEMIO operating as the technology behind those services.

Ajay leads both the technical architecture of VEMIO and the service delivery operations of Vinay Enterprises. With over two decades of hands-on experience in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure operations, he designed VEMIO from the perspective of someone who has actually run a NOC at 2 AM.
He writes about IT infrastructure, AI transformation, and enterprise architecture under frameworks including Jungle-to-Garden™, Infra-to-AI, and Decision Architecture™.
